24 Sep Where is the spoon?
As I imagine you are wondering where I am, as I haven't written anything lately, I have decided to get back on the computer to give you an update.
Well, in the end, I left for Virginia, and here I am, trying to survive, which is no small thing. To make my stay here more bearable, I have rented an impressive flat. This is the first thing I see at dawn. My God, how much suffering!
The bad thing is that, it's at dawn, and at that time of day when I have to get up, I've got a lot of eyelashes like rocks, so I can't distinguish it...
You don't know how much I miss my African sunrises/sunsets, like this one in the Serengeti. Don't ask me how long it would take me to move to another place.
When I have a bit of free time I go to this pond near my house to see if the wild animals come to drink, but nothing. Sometimes someone the size of a hippopotamus passes by, but it's not the same.
Other times I will go as many kilometres as it takes to look for the closest thing to a dune, but it's not the same thing either.
So to make up for it, I've gone to a great housing estate. Famous people live there, I think my neighbour is Mikel Knight (David Hasselhof), because he's always parked at the door of the Fantastic Car. Well, either he lives there, or some punk who has a similar car, but I wouldn't be surprised...
Well, I'm not bad here, but I really miss going out of my little house and finding myself in a neighbourhood like this, from my time in the Central African Republic (I told you that I lived there...).
This is a strange country, where everything is big, the beers, the hamburgers, the roads, the people, the cars..., but they put the gin and tonics in a little glass! I can see that I'm never going to adapt.
Well, I'll leave you, I'm going to suffer a bit in my infinity pool overlooking the Lafayette River and prepare for my next trip to Navajo territory. Don't miss it, it's awesome, I promise!

If you're already surveying Navajo territory it's no problem..............surely you'll survive.................ah! gin and tonics are a real bitch huh?
Greetings!

Posted at 20:04h, 24 SeptemberYes Maria, hell, this bitch of a life...without a decent gin and tonic to drink. Don't make too many trips this winter, we have to organise another African route for after Easter, my head is in a frenzy. Kisses and a hug to Pedro.

Posted at 19:10h, 24 SeptemberDear Carlitos, we missed you. On Saturday I had dinner with the dwarf and the batusi and we talked (well) about you and that we didn't know anything about you.
Take care of yourself.
Hugs

Posted at 20:41h, 24 SeptemberCarlitos! You'll manage to have one of your own gin and tonics! What a hell.... And the same views as in the Coto eh? Don't suffer so much and take care of yourself.
Kisses

Posted at 17:23h, 25 SeptemberHello Cucahrilla!!!!!
What a joy to hear from you. I already imagined that you were suffering in the USA.
The Cabinet remains a one-man Cabinet and, given the experience, so much the better.
The prospect of going to Retamares will, I suppose, be blown away by the wind and lack of budget.
My desire to get to know your Moorish quarter is still intact, my time is still dedicated to my granddaughters. I have just returned from there today.
It is another way to enjoy, although I also like yours. You make me travel.
A big kiss and may you continue to suffer like this.

Posted at 21:47h, 25 SeptemberMan Pilar, what a joy! How are things going over there? You know me, I'm doing my best (even working if necessary), to be able to get away and see the world. Soon I have to spend a few days in the centre, so let's see if I can get away to see you and tell you about my suffering. Kisses

Posted at 23:04h, 26 SeptemberCali, what a great trip you made. I'm going to use it to get ideas, I'll ask you questions as they come up. A big hug

Posted at 06:45h, 09 OctoberI am at your disposal. I have a lot of documents from the national parks. By the way, I suppose that you have already realised that it is very economically advisable to get the National Parks card. Whenever you want I can give you some tips. Best regards

Posted at 01:37h, 16 OctoberThanks Cali, I've already made a trip to the area, but I have another one pending, I got some ideas from your itinerary. I liked your chorradita that of the map, to see if you teach me how to do it. You think I can incorporate it into my blog? A big hug, and let's see if Serres organises another meal the next time I go home and we'll have a bit of fun.

Posted at 11:36h, 27 SeptemberWho would think of swapping Africa for the USA? Who has been there doesn't change it
